MB Terengganu lawat selepas Mohd Farid selamat jalani pembedahan kaki KUALA

TERENGGANU: Juruterbang pelatih Pusat Latihan Penerbangan HM Aerospace (HMA) yang cedera parah dalam nahas pesawat terhempas di kawasan hutan Bidong Rabu lalu, selamat menjalani pembedahan di kedua belah kakinya di Hospital Sultanah Nur Zahirah (HSNZ), kira-kira jam 10 pagi, semalam. Pembedahan yang memakan masa hampir empat jam itu dianggap berjaya dan Mohd Farid Abdullah, 21, yang turut cedera di kepala dan muka itu dilaporkan dalam keadaan stabil.

Menteri Besar, Datuk Ahmad Said dan isteri, Toh Puan Norliza Mahmud yang menziarahi mangsa nahas pesawat ringan dari Sungai Buloh, Selangor itu, berkata Mohd Farid masih lemah, namun keadaannya stabil. "Doktor memberitahu keadaan Mohd Farid stabil dan Alhamdulillah beliau selamat menjalani pembedahan di kedua-dua kaki. "Saya dimaklumkan, dalam tempoh dua atau tiga hari lagi beliau akan menjalani satu lagi pembedahan di pipi berhampiran mata kirinya," katanya.

Sementara itu, ibu Mohd Farid, Safiah Omar, 48, bersyukur dan gembira kerana anaknya selamat menjalani pembedahan dan berterima kasih kepada Menteri Besar yang sudi meluangkan masa menziarah anak lelakinya itu. "Mohd Farid masih lemah. Saya sempat beritahu dia Menteri Besar datang melawat dan dia mengangguk tanda faham walaupun tidak mampu bercakap. "Walaupun Mohd Farid melalui pengalaman ngeri dalam kemalangan itu, dia seorang yang kuat semangat. "Saya yakin kejadian menimpanya tidak akan melemahkan semangatnya untuk mengejar cita-cita yang diidamkan sejak berumur tiga tahun untuk menjadi juruterbang," katanya.

Rabu lalu, pesawat dinaiki juruterbang pelatih Mohd Farid Abdullah, 21, dan Mohd Ariff Ahmad Fuad, 20, dikesan hilang dari radar kira-kira jam 5 petang selepas berlepas dari Lapangan Terbang Sultan Mahmud (LTSM), di sini untuk melakukan latihan penerbangan. Menara kawalan kemudian memaklumkan kehilangan pesawat itu kepada polis sebelum operasi mencari digerakkan di hutan Bidong. Operasi mencari membabitkan polis, Jabatan Pertahanan Awam, Pasukan Gerakan Am dan orang kampung akhirnya menemui bangkai pesawat terbabit di kawasan hutan itu, 100 meter dari Lapang Sasar Polis DiRaja Malaysia kira-kira jam 7.15 pagi yang membawa kepada penemuan mayat Mohd Ariff di tempat duduk dalam pesawat. Allahyarham Mohd Ariff dipercayai meninggal di tempat kejadian 12 jam sebelum ditemui disyaki akibat hentakan kuat dan kecederaan parah di kepala. Mohd Farid pula ditemui lapan meter dari bangkai pesawat dan mengalami cedera parah di kepala dan muka selain patah kaki kiri

We had jalan jalan last night.touring the Melaka city. Mahkota Parade, then Dataran Pahalawan Jonker street. the girls planned to find baju for the Post Posting Party. Fini and Juna at first waited for us at Jonker Street but towards the end they went back home since we didint arive. and guess what took us so long? besides the girl looking for their dress me nadia and memer (asasian :P) saw one camera jamban shop and decided to take picture. nadia are so expert with the camera jamban. apa lagik. picca pica pica and all the decoration exclusively from memer and memer was the one who pijak the camera foot pedal which never count to snap the pix. so berlambaklah gambar yang tak jadik.so silly.. then proceed to Jonker street and we end up caught in the rain. basah kuyup semua orang. great night but exam is just around the corner.takuttt

we had borak borak while completing our final case write up of this posting and we incidentally found one of the most valueable information/data. towards the end of the discussion me, memer and fini had agreed to classified what we had found. this is the information that we had found


1. the 'thing' is only can be found among the pioneer batch of cucms
2. the thing is currently can only be found in Melaka near the beach.
3. the thing is expected to be in east coast this weekend
4. the thing was born sumwhere in the east coast of penisular
5. the thing also used to be in australia for a long time ago
6. the thing gender is female
7. the thing was born in 1984
8 the thing is among the top 5 of elderly lady in cucms
9. the thing is found to be single and not known to have any spouse yet
10. the thing is members of ansara(murid murid tua MRSM)

towards the end of the discussion, we decided to call the thing FOSSIL

Within two month we have another patient who passed away in front of us. Maybe to compare with other places, death is everyday and sumtime you will ignore it. but here in our place, its different. we are so close with our patient. eventhough we have been warn by Dr. AAA to keep the professionalism between the patient and doctors relationship but evetytime we treated our patient like our own family members.and i believed that we are always sincere in helping our patients and in addition we knew here for a long time since in our medical posting. We did the resucitate and today i was holding the ambu bag while others performed the CPR. but Allah loves her very much. Today i learned that performing the CPR needs lots of energy..

Surgery orgasm?

Time flies. Pejam celik pejam celik, tak sangka i was already in the 6th week of the surgical posting. another two weeks to go. so i have another two week to be in terendak and roughly about one week for the final exam. cepat nyer maser. and i cant tell how much i love the posting. definately its not as touugh as medicine which everything under the skies. can you imagine how i'm suffer in the medical. but surgery is more likely specific and straight forward. The history taking was totally different with the medicine but you can adapt yourself as you go along the posting. The most common cases you can find here are hernia, breast mass, renal calculi, lumps and motor vehicle accident are also covered by the surgical team.. and yet my anatomy still sucks as well physio. everytime when the lecturer tanyer semua orang mata terkebil kebil nak recall anatomy. terasa sangat bersalah terhadap prof nasa. last friday i had another chance to scrub in. and the experience was really realy great.

me in the action. it was not easy as you see. but perfoming the surgery by yourself(ceh perasan buat sendiri konon) really make you understand more and more and definately you will remember for the rest of your life.

With the guidance from the great surgeon Dr. Azlan. It is great to know him and people here love him a lot. he is superb not only in surgery but you can ask anything. his knowledge on general knowledge was really really awesome. he can talk about politics, socials and many things. and sometime you can get influenced by him.

While i'm still doing the job, others who observed are busy with photos. thanks to qeyla for the pix. we entered the laparoscopy cholecytectomy last week (an operation of removing the gallbladder without opening your abdomen but only using the camera- such high technology that you cant imagine as i was melopong to see throughout the procedures.) Qeyla was the person who was holding the camera. and now she is so obsese with herself becoming the camerawoman.

and after we had completed te surgery. and now i really understand what lies behind the surgery orgasm (",)

we are not typical medical student!!!

i enjoy lots of time in Melaka. since there were only two groups are here, hence many activities can be done eficiently. this including we stayed in one building. i really miss my time in hostel and campus life. thats the beauty of staying together hence we can do lots of thing. last week we had water polo organized by Prof Latif but with a rules and regulation. it was really havoc and even we managed to halau few people who already in the pool. kejam giler

And this week we had friendlyly game with the 94 HAT. the previous group had volleyball but during our time they choosed basketball which most of us dont know how to play. Overall it was really fun and released our stress
