surgery oh surgery

i'm back after two weeks off. just finished one week holiday and i'm currently in the surgery posting. surgery oh surgery! its mix feeling but i think i will love this posting. belum aper aper lagik already had e-mail from Dr. AAA about the posting. scary sgt. and Finni is our group leader for this time

Surgery was quite different with medicine.so need some adjustment.but more discipline and professonalism towards this posting. On the very first day besides our daily routine;hx taking, physical exam then i did for the very first time dressings of the wound. besar giler wound my pt tuh. but buat selamba ajer.. and then that pakcik has low pain threshold. ayo..lom wat aper aper lagik dah jerit sakit.. camno nak buek tuh.. but hati kental wat dressings.the cut was quite deep. Then had grand ward rounds with the specialist.

On Thursday went clinics for the first time with Dr, Azlan since Dr.AAA & Dr. Ahmed got seminars in campus, so we spend the whole two days without them. clinic sessions was a great oppurtunity for you to learn many things. i presented three cases i.e summary. the first was fistula in ano, then heamarhoids and the last was the testicular swelling. and i managed to perform the PR for the very first time. other cases were breast mass, parotid gland swellings, hernia and there are many thing can be learn in one day. clinics end at 2.30 and then continued with ward round at 3.30. Another tiring day.

Then friday as usual had mini ward round and then everyone was on their own. the surgery was cancel since the hospital has no water.(i cant imagine the hospital has no water) kesian kat patient. we were scheduled to have OT orientation, since no water the scrub sessions is canceled. adoi biler lah nak masuk OT nih. pukul 12.30 terus gerak balik then for the very first time performed friday prayers at masjid syuhadah(masjid in the camp) after 2 months here. balik tido and malam baik punyer layan hancock and hellboy at the latest GSC in town. the new GSC at Datarn Pahlawan. i love GSC. the place was really awesome. lagik besar then alamanda and much much better as compared to Mahkota Parade gsc. (yerlah..Melaka kan dah jadi world heritage city.heheh)

Today bestnyer tido..baik nyer bagun lambat..then apq, bapak and amran already having lunch. they cooked nasi lemak today.kencang tol..tapi for the very first time bapak masak nasi lembik.hehe.. i think i pon kalo masak nasi lemak pon kantoi. then layan hindustan ngan apek samapai kol 5.. bosan giler called juna to jogging. and i'm officially menjejakkan kaki di pantai puteri ini. besides that i wanted to try with more shots using manual mode so that i can learn new things.and i'm very happy as i now more understand better towards the manual function.as for now i love the manual mode as the pix are totally wonderful and im very satisfied of the outcome. there is pesta memancing around so there are full of kaki pancing along the seaside and there are also bazaar in conuction of the event. met kak zie at the bazar and curik anak dia and bawak balik to the hotel. like so adik safi tuh sangatlah lawak and sangatlah chumel. haha.. what can i say one week down 7 weeks to go. aku sudah mencintai terendak....

on the way back to hotel. adik safi cannot walk as he said kaki sakit. so terpaksa lah bawak dukung.tulah saper suruh curik anak orang lagik

by the time we reach the hotel terjumpa fini bulqis and zura tgh beli ice cream.dah lamer tak makan ice cream nagn roti and then we stop by and enjoy our ice cream.
